Advance voting runs October 6 to 11, and you can vote at any location in Mississauga. On election day, Monday, October 26, you vote in Ward 3. Here are the dates, what to bring, and what the City has confirmed so far.

The last advance voting day is Sunday, October 11. After that, the next chance to vote is election day.

Monday, October 26, 2026. On election day you must vote at a voting location in Ward 3.
Where you can vote
During advance voting, anywhere in Mississauga
From October 6 to 11 you can vote at any available voting location in the city, not only in Ward 3. If it is easier to vote near where you work or shop, you can.
On election day, in Ward 3
On Monday, October 26 you must vote at a voting location in the ward where you live or own property. Your voter notification card will name it.
Advance voting locations
All advance voting locations are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The City has confirmed the first two days and will publish the rest closer to the election.

The City will post these locations closer to the election, and they will also appear on the voter notification card mailed to you in September. This page will be updated as soon as they are published.
Ways to vote
Vote in person
Bring your voter notification card and acceptable identification. Election staff confirm you are eligible, hand you a ballot, and you feed it into the tabulator yourself.
Vote by proxy
If you cannot vote in the advance period or on election day, you can appoint another eligible Mississauga voter to vote for you. Proxy forms can be certified from September 1 until 5 p.m. on election day.
Vote from your front door
A pilot program for homebound eligible voters who cannot arrange a proxy. Contact the City’s election office to ask about it.
